TYPES OF STRUCTURAL EPOXY

PRESSURE INJECTION EPOXY PIE218P – is a two component adhesive system composed of 100%  solids. Epoxy that contains Polyamide curing agent ensuring a tough and durable bond resistant to chemicals and corrosion. This unique low viscosity adhesive is primarily designed for the all around remedy of structural concrete defects and flaws particularly the repair of cracks by pressure injection. Aside from sealing the cracks and crevices and filling voids, it can also be combined with fine aggregates or silica sand to result in an epoxy mortar for high strength grouting

EPOXY BINDER 215B – is a two component adhesive system specially formulated for structural concrete application and bonding of old to new concrete. It has a low to medium viscosity. When compounded, the admixture produces a strong bond with minimum shrinkage and flexibility properties. It contains a special polymeric curing agent that provides the film with a high degree of toughness adhesion and chemical corrosion resistance

MACHINE GROUT EPOXY 515MG – is a 100% solids epoxy resin, specially formulated for grouting applications with high mechanical and adhesive strength. It has a lower viscosity, which cures to a material superior to concrete in tensile strength, compressive strength and chemical resistance. Used to anchoring bolts of equipment, for repairing concrete foundation which have been cracked or spalled.

FAST SETTING EPOXY GROUT 518FE – is a 100% solids epoxy resin, specially formulated for grouting applications with high mechanical and adhesive strength. It has a lower viscosity, which cures to a material superior to concrete in tensile strength, compressive strength and chemical resistance. It is primarily designed for fast tract projects. Formulated to have a faster setting time without sacrificing quality and its distinctive properties.

PILE SPLICING EPOXY 458PE – is a two component fast setting epoxy formulation with a high chemical and physical strength, designed primarily for bonding concrete piles. The cured resin provides high compressive and flexural strength to the joined when used with fine aggregates as filler.
